Our workshops for healthy nutrition during a healthy and happy pregnancy are designed for Bundle by our registered nutritionist to give you the facts behind the foods that you eat.
We are all constantly bombarded with conflicting information about what to eat when, but our nutritionists will help you sort the facts from the fiction.
You can’t avoid sugar and you may well be craving donuts for breakfast, but our nutritionist will give you some healthy alternatives which we hope will help you and your family eat more nutritionally rich foods not only during your pregnancy but set the pattern for your future family life.
Foods that give you energy and increase your milk supply, if you intend to breastfeed, will be discussed and we will give you recipes to take away with you.
Workshops will take place from April 2019 in Wandsworth, Fulham and Streatham.
